We are based in Vancouver but ship everything via FedEx overnight with next-day delivery.

All shipments are via UPS overnight delivery at no charge.

Our accounting department will email you the invoice once the signs have been delivered.

You may pay it by check or over the phone with Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit card.

We don’t take a deposit or any money upfront.

Yes, we can customize each sign. We can create any design you want.

We can use as much colour, text, and logos as you want, with no extra charge.

Yes, we provide discounts for large orders.

Pricing depends on quantity.

We do not have a minimum order.

We have a minimum order charge for orders under $100.

We have signs that are designed for outdoor use. They are almost bulletproof. It can stand weather outdoors.

The format that we need for printing would be any of the following:

  • Vector EPS
  • PDF
  • AI
  • High-quality JPG (300dpi and 10″ wide)

The best way to send files is to send a single email with a Zip file that includes:

  • A sign list (could be a Word doc or Excel sheet)
  • All logos in properly named folders (Hole logos in Hole sponsor folder. etc.)

If the Zip files are too large for email, please share a Google Drive link or Dropbox link with our email.
